This is the 2nd time I have been here since Dec 2023. Fantastic food each time. Tonight I got the Snow Cabbage Duck Julienne with Vermicelli & Glassy Noodle dish with fried dumplings. 10/10!Vegetarian options: The menu is clear about vegetable and tofu options.

We were at the Gold Coast for a Conference and tried Ping Pang Pong as it was convienent. Great food and good service. The bowl of soup was a surprise as it was huge and fed two people. I tried the Har Gaw and Chinese Sausage Bun from the Dim Sum part of the extensive menu. The food was very good. The prices were reasonable. We were both very impressed.
