I cannot say enough about the service and the food while seated at the sushi bar. I got to know Wendy, who prepares the sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi and many other specialties. Wendy was incredible because once she had my order, she always asked me how spicy I wanted it and if I wanted sliced peppers, etc., added to the order. This is a good option when you don't have much time for lunch during CES. They let you order from the street food menu as long as you also order from the sushi menu. Rainbow Roll wasn't too bad...your typical sushi takeout joint from Chinese sushi chefs. The service was extremely slow...so while the dish would come out fast, you do need to budget additional time to get the check. The setting was kinda cool; it felt like you can in a Japanese tea house.

This is a beautiful restaurant just off the strip in the Westgate hotel. We walked up without a reservation on a Friday night and were seated immediately. The food was good and the servers were very polite. Great place for older kids. Quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!
