I like all three of the plant-based burritos: Burrito Especial with Grilled Veggies, Especial Impossible Burrito, and California Impossible Burrito. To make these burritos vegan, I order them without the white chipotle sauce, which contains dairy. I'm not sure why they don't have a nondairy version of the chipotle sauce, which is typically a nondairy sauce anyway. This location has a nice seating area for a casual eatery.
I really love Rubio's and although this location can be hit or miss, it's mostly been a "hit" lately. I love the restaurant's handy app because I can place my order at home and by the time I arrive, it's waiting for me on the takeout shelf. I’ve been here a few times and my favorite dish is the Lobster Burrito and wow is it delicious. Everything is above average from food, service, and atmosphere. Will absolutely continue eating at this food chain.
