Try their flavorful beef shank noodle, dan dan noodles, and spicy wontons, but be careful with the spice level. The noodles are fresh, flavorful, and perfectly chewy. The service is friendly and attentive. This is genuinely one of the best restaurants, a MUST if you’re looking for a comforting bowl of noodle soup. The pork belly hand pulled noodle soup was so incredibly flavorful! The noodles were the perfect texture, broth was phenomenal, and the pork belly absolutely melted in my mouth. The place itself has a great vibe with fun upbeat music, cool decor, and is very clean. Every person was friendly, and they felt taken care of and welcome. The price is very reasonable. They make fresh noodles right in front of you! The dan dan noodles were spicy deliciousness! The chicken chow mein with shaved noodles was so good. The noodle bowls are huge. The food and service was fast.
