“Great food. Clean plates and silverware. All vegetarian dishes were well cooked, spiced, and salted to the right levels. Good appetizers as well. Mango lassi was so filling ?Most importantly for me, the afghan service staff are so pleasant and courteous to talk to. They were just great to have a conversation and took great care of guests! The restaurant is at a corner and not an easy one to find, but that's how true gems are in nature. It was a great lunch buffet overall - thank you, Spice Indian Cuisine ?“

“This was my first visit. It's very much like your classic meat-based fast food burger joint only there are no animal products involved! It was clean and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up going with their Iconic Burger with a chick'n patty because I'm not personally into beef-style burgers or black bean burgers (they have both those options but the black bean patty is called a Hippy patty). It was absolutely delicious! Super messy but oh so good with the grilled onions and secret sauce. I'd challenge any meat eater to not like at least something here. My very picky vegetarian daughter really enjoyed her burger too (same as mine) as well as the root beer float. Why don't they have these everywhere?!“

“Food and service. To me, these are the musts for a 5-star experience, and for this trip to Vegas, nowhere else topped this place in those categories! The butternut squash pizza (vegan) and the Brussels sprouts appetizer were top-tier seasonal delights… and I don’t even necessarily love those things on their own (make sure to squeeze that lime on the Brussels sprouts! It made the glaze SHINE and sort of blew my mind with how much it transformed the flavors!)! And our server was the best we’ve had in Vegas (and we’ve had some good ones)… I only wish I could remember his name!!!! He MADE our experience and went above and beyond at every turn, even making sure we had directions to our after-dinner show! So thank you, and I’m sorry I can’t give you the shoutout you deserve! Guess we’ll have to go back!“

“The food was delicious, and I’ve gone here with a friend a few times already, and I’d love to come again.Unfortunately, some of the ingredients that my friend really likes, they happen to be out of or don’t have anymore, such as the intestines, chicken feet, and the duck.I can understand that some dishes may get sold out but we’ve gone a few times already and they didn’t have it. One of the waitresses said that they just don’t have it anymore because it’s not that popular, so if that’s the case, I totally get it, then, perhaps please change it on the menus. Because one of our dishes didn’t have a certain ingredient like the intestines or chicken feet, and the waitress told us after the fact, when the food had arrived at the table. My friend was disappointed, because that’s why he ordered that dish, for that particular ingredient. If any of the dishes have changed with their ingredients, such as no more blood cubes, intestines, chicken feet, duck, etc. please have the service staff communicate that as customers order their dishes, or update the menus so the staff don’t have to do that. And if those ingredients are being replaced with something else too. It’d be most appreciated. We still love the food and will be coming back.“

“We tried this place for the first time since we were at Town Square. This is a solid ramen place with vegan options. We ordered their Asian Spice ramen with shrimp hand roll combo, Quartz with fried chicken rice bowl combo and kids Quartz ramen. The broth is vegetable based and clean tasting. We are just used to pork broth that provides a more depth of flavor. This is by preference, their noodles were a bit mushy for our taste perhaps it was their gluten-free noodles. We like the noodle to have a nice chew/bounce. We also had fresh garlic that helped boost the flavor. Their fried chicken was done to perfection.“

“We recently had a big party here, the staff was great the managers were great. They were able to get us in with a weeks notice. The food is great overall with some dishes tasting better than others. By far our favorite was the pesto pasta (we added chicken). We weren’t really satisfied with the margarita pizza. They lacked seasoning and time in the oven.I highly recommend their new mezcal drink, looks pink girly but taste is tropical and the buzz is great. The only downside of having such a big party, as it usually goes with big parties, is that someone’s order gets messed up or didn’t get put in. They ended up comping those meals.I would definitely not hesitate to have a party of 15 or less here next time.“

“Fantastic flavor, not too hot but very tasty spices. The freshly baked bread personally delivered to our table was heartbreakingly light and warm, crispy outside and soft inside- phenomenal. My favorite dish was the cauliflower - like aloo gobi, and the samosas. The only thing this place needs is some labels on the food options (no names or ingredients shown at all) and some light meditation music. It was hospital quiet in the dining area.“

“Parsley Mediterranean spot was fabulous. It seriously was on point. Two in my party evidently come here all the time and get the pita nachos. They do not play. I ordered a bowl with basmati rice and paid $3 extra for babaganoosh and olives which was a very generous serving on top of my bowl. I had enough for a full meal with a “snack” the next day. It was very flavorful. The protein I chose was chicken kabobs. Honestly, I believe I had the best meal. It was fantastic. The meat was perfectly grilled and bursting with flavors that transported me straight to the rolling fields of the Mediterranean coast. Incredible. This is a stand in line for your food type of place. So be ready to grab your own food and seat yourself. It’s casual dining.Vegetarian options: There are a clear multitude of vegetarian selectionsParking: Plenty of parking not covered“
