My only problem with Bighorn Tavern is that they support California sports teams. Nevada has NFL, NHL, WMBA, and soon MLB. Choosing to support out of state teams is contradictory to the very name they gave their business. If you live in Nevada, you should embrace Nevada. If your loyalty is towards California, then please go back to California.
We hadn't been here in awhile and were super impressed with the happy hour prices, portions, and options. Everything was delicious and quite large portions for happy hour. Service was quick, attentive, and friendly, and that was by the entire staff. Place looks very clean and well maintained. We'll be back soon.

We had dinner at the Bighorn Tavern--the Wednesday special fish and chips and the Cobb salad (the latter was a pleasant surprise for a pub, with egg, bacon, avocado, pickled onion, beets, and chicken). On another day, we had lunch. The variety of burgers is very good with a noticeable heft, and the buns remained intact without falling apart: no mean feat for a fat burger and all the toppings.
