I ordered some cupcakes for birthday celebrations. I placed the order on Tuesday for pickup on Saturday. (Mix is closed on Sundays, the day we were celebrating). Ordering over the phone was a breeze. I did not have time to bake my boyfriend an apple pie so I saw the reviews about Mix Bakeshop and purchased a salted caramel apple pie. The crust was classic and flaky, the apples were not mushy but tender and the salted caramel was a very nice addition. The customer service was spot on and the bakers all had smiles. I think when you have an open area it implies that you are friendly and clean and a business I will return to.
