“This bakery is so delicious. I got the crème brûlée pastry as well as a chocolate croissant and their chocolate chip walnut cookie. The cookie wasn’t as good as Levain Bakery but it was still amazing. My husband tried their pumpkin bread and he liked it but I wish it was sweeter. Their breakfast sandwiches looked good but I’m not a fan of grilled onions on breakfast sandwiches.“
“We booked Delicious Designs to make our wedding cake in October 2023. The owner of Delicious Designs, Leigh Anne, and her team are so amazing to work with and extremely talented! You can't go wrong when you choose them! They were so helpful from the minute we booked them. First, we had a tasting shortly after booking, and the cake flavors are to die for!!! During the tasting, Leigh Anne worked with us to pick a cake size that stayed within our budget but was also able to feed all our guests. Her input was so helpful! During the tasting, as hard as it was to choose flavors, we went with Berry Champagne for one tier and Lemon Lovers for the other--highly recommended, especially the Berry Champagne! It's amazing! As we got close to the wedding, I decided to add some desserts, including macrons purchased through Delicious Designs(so good) and chocolate chip cookies. What I really appreciated is that Leigh Anne helped me decide how many to order, to make sure I wasn't breaking the bank. We cut back on cake in order to have more cookies and we had the perfect amount! If she hadn't made suggestions, we would have spent way more than needed. On the day of the wedding, she worked great with our florist to decorate the cake. When I saw it, I was in awe that a cake could be so beautiful. It was the most beautiful cake I had ever seen. Guests loved both the look and the taste! We had so many comments and the cookies were also a hit! Additionally, since my husband had to leave the tasting early to get to a 49-er game(lol, diehard 49er's fan), Leigh Anne had the great idea to surprise him with a box of hand-decorated 49er cookies on his place setting the day of the wedding. He absolutely loved them. He didn't want to eat them at first because of how great the design was, but the minute he bit into one, he couldn't stop! The cookies were so thoughtful of Leigh Anne and I felt like she really got to know us as a couple. This was truly one of our favorite vendors to work with! You cannot find a better baker for your wedding than Delicious Designs! If you book them, you will not regret it!“
“The cake pops are phenomenal and super cute! We ordered 6 dozen for our wedding, getting 4 different flavors, and our guests devoured them. Even our gluten sensitive guests told us those were the best gluten-free cake pops they've ever had. Highly recommend!“

“12.18.23: Either you love the Nothing Bundt Cake style or you don't. I love it and how they keep it simple and never stray from their original cream cheese frosting recipe that they're known for. I stopped in to collect my free mini bundt for my birthday and also picked up a couple other minis (lemon and strawberries & cream) and an 8 inch classic White Chocolate Raspberry Bundt Cake. “House of Bread offers great breads and pastry but the sandwiches are outstanding. They have all the classics and I chose the Italian Grinder. The Grinder meats, turkey and salami were delicious and full of flavor. I chose the freshly baked honey wheat sandwich bread and was as good as it smelled. The additions, black olives, pepperocinis, lettuce and tomatoes were very crisp andd fresh. I was a bit skeptical of the cream cheese however it was applied lightly and was a perfect complement to the sandwich. The finishing touches were the olive oil, vinegar and shakers- not overpowering by any means. The House of bread has a large area to eat and outside dining, as well. I arrived a little bit after the lunch rush but they still had quite a few customers. The staff easily handled all the orders and my sandwich arrived shortly after I ordered it. Pastry, loaves of fresh bread and sandwiches, who could ask for more.“
“We love this place. Saved us during COVID. And usually has the basics that I forgot somehow at grocery store. I love how different cultures are represented in the inventory. The only issue that I have is that although I really like the incense that is burnt in the store, it does flavor the bread with the incense scent. My boys get a bit upset. I can ignore it or appreciate it but the kids are not mature enough to look past it.“

My husband also got their hazelnut latte which was delicious. They forgot my coffee which was a little bummer but instead I was able to take it to go after the breakfast was eaten. “I did not have time to bake my boyfriend an apple pie so I saw the reviews about Mix Bakeshop and purchased a salted caramel apple pie. The crust was classic and flaky, the apples were not mushy but tender and the salted caramel was a very nice addition. The customer service was spot on and the bakers all had smiles. I think when you have an open area it implies that you are friendly and clean and a business I will return to.“
“Just found this hidden gem. You need to look at dates because if you are not going to use items quickly they will expire. Bought some great snakes and bread. The store has more in it than you might think. The lady inside was also very friendly and professional.“

Husband asked for cornbread hash and was given sausage w/ soft chucks of potato? This was not hash. $8 for 2 bites if inedible food. $3.50 for a cup of coffee? Prices have really gone up. Was thoroughly disappointed especially since this was my husband's first time...................old review ;Their French toast is something else. Made with bagettes. It's thick and surprisingly soft . Very very filling. I'm a larger person and I couldn't finish the plate.“
