It’s been worth it to go eat inside since you wind up waiting either way.Potatoes are fresh cut and right out of the fryer. Eat them fast before they get hard! Shakes are good.“
“We booked Delicious Designs to make our wedding cake in October 2023. The owner of Delicious Designs, Leigh Anne, and her team are so amazing to work with and extremely talented! You can't go wrong when you choose them! They were so helpful from the minute we booked them. First, we had a tasting shortly after booking, and the cake flavors are to die for!!! During the tasting, Leigh Anne worked with us to pick a cake size that stayed within our budget but was also able to feed all our guests. Her input was so helpful! During the tasting, as hard as it was to choose flavors, we went with Berry Champagne for one tier and Lemon Lovers for the other--highly recommended, especially the Berry Champagne! It's amazing! As we got close to the wedding, I decided to add some desserts, including macrons purchased through Delicious Designs(so good) and chocolate chip cookies. What I really appreciated is that Leigh Anne helped me decide how many to order, to make sure I wasn't breaking the bank. We cut back on cake in order to have more cookies and we had the perfect amount! If she hadn't made suggestions, we would have spent way more than needed. On the day of the wedding, she worked great with our florist to decorate the cake. When I saw it, I was in awe that a cake could be so beautiful. It was the most beautiful cake I had ever seen. Guests loved both the look and the taste! We had so many comments and the cookies were also a hit! Additionally, since my husband had to leave the tasting early to get to a 49-er game(lol, diehard 49er's fan), Leigh Anne had the great idea to surprise him with a box of hand-decorated 49er cookies on his place setting the day of the wedding. He absolutely loved them. He didn't want to eat them at first because of how great the design was, but the minute he bit into one, he couldn't stop! The cookies were so thoughtful of Leigh Anne and I felt like she really got to know us as a couple. This was truly one of our favorite vendors to work with! You cannot find a better baker for your wedding than Delicious Designs! If you book them, you will not regret it!“

She told the gentleman she couldnt handle too spicy, which they accommodated to w/ pride. The Grinder meats, turkey and salami were delicious and full of flavor. I chose the freshly baked honey wheat sandwich bread and was as good as it smelled. The additions, black olives, pepperocinis, lettuce and tomatoes were very crisp andd fresh. I was a bit skeptical of the cream cheese however it was applied lightly and was a perfect complement to the sandwich. The finishing touches were the olive oil, vinegar and shakers- not overpowering by any means. The House of bread has a large area to eat and outside dining, as well. I arrived a little bit after the lunch rush but they still had quite a few customers. The staff easily handled all the orders and my sandwich arrived shortly after I ordered it. Great menu great food never a problem Dinner was a completely different experience by a waitress that needs to learn MORE etiquette and experience. Service from our waitress was absolutely horrible. Husband ordered the salmon and received cod -order came out completely wrong. He doesn't even like cod. Plus Cod was cold, old and tasteless. He ate 1 small piece and left the rest. Very disappointed. We were credited $4 I asked for my salad dressing on the side -that didn't happen. I didn't say anything I just didn't eat it. It was drenched. We barely finished eating- she gave us the bill-stood by our table and wanted payment now. We both felt like we were being rushed. I told her to give me a few minutes but she waited at our table side and handed me the machine to put my card in which I didn't even have out yet. This bakery is definitely on the expensive side - two drinks, two sandwiches and two pastries came to $70 - but oh is it worth the money!!“

“I did not have time to bake my boyfriend an apple pie so I saw the reviews about Mix Bakeshop and purchased a salted caramel apple pie. The crust was classic and flaky, the apples were not mushy but tender and the salted caramel was a very nice addition. The customer service was spot on and the bakers all had smiles. I think when you have an open area it implies that you are friendly and clean and a business I will return to.“

“Calling all pasta lovers! This is a place for you when you are in town!! Did you know? They imported the flour to make paste directly from Italy! Save on airplane ticket. From the short menu, you know that they are specialized and all about PASTA! You can personalize and order your own pasta with a variety of sauces! The rigatoni bolognese is out of this world and taste like good old home cooking! Plentiful of rich ingredients and delish! The waitress was very friendly and great customer service! She even show you pictures from today's specials on her tablet. Great idea on visuals! The restaurant decor is average and flexible to accommodate large groups. Tucked in a small strip mall, parking wasnt too bad although we had a late dinner reservation. Highly recommend for all pasta lovers at Reno, NV and will definitely come back next time!“
