We went here for the first time tonight for dinner. The atmosphere was fun and had bumping music. Our waitress was Hannah and she was lovely, fun, very personable and attentive. The man working the door was very nice and kept things under control and had people waiting outside. The burger, beer and shot is a good deal. The our bar burger was awesome! Have come to this establishment for years... unfortunately, today was a dismal experience. Understandably had to wait 10+ minutes for a table as the restaurant was packed by COVID standards. Two kind tables, noticing our stroller with twins, let us know they would be departing shortly. Another 5 minutes ticked, and both tables had to approach the bar to pay. Flew into Reno April 4. After getting our hotel and a bit of touring around decided it was dinner time. Did some research and read good reviews about Our Bar. But, they must have been written by friends. The bartender greeted us friendly and pointed out a table.
