“Walked in and the person behind that counter was amazing. He spoke like he cared about the business and presented himself professionally.
The folks working behind the counter were working super efficiently and I was honestly impressed with the overall appearance and experience.
The dining area was clean and time was taken to have the burger King crowns read8ly available for anyone to just grab one and put it on. Seems small but it was a great touch.

“I have been recommending C’s Mad Batter Cakery to my clients for YEARS! The owners are the sweetest and all of their treats and delicious and beautiful. Today one of my clients showed up and stressed with the chaos that is life, she completely forgot to pick up a cake for her cake smash session. Ensue momentary panic— until she called C’s, explained the situation, and they happily let her know what flavors and colors they had available. Order placed— we snapped our portrait shots first— and about 25 minutes later the cake arrived and we had plenty of time behavior our cake smash portion of the session even began! The cake was beautiful, baby chowed down on it, pictures came out great, and the day was saved with almost no stress at all. It’s the care put into every interaction and every cake that keeps me recommending this amazing small business time and time again. “I go to this location a lot and they always have really good service. I usually order online and pick up and my order is always ready when I get there. Today I ordered online and when I went to pick up they stated they didn't have my order. I showed them my receipt on my phone and they got their manager. She came out and apologized for the mistake and made my order herself. She also upgraded one of my drinks to the large size for the mistake/wait. Excellent customer service!”

He’s always working hard behind the counter. I didn’t order enough our last lunch, called in a few more pizzas, and they had them ready when I got there despite it being a very busy lunch hour for Reed High School. We will continue to use them!”

“I just tried this place today, on a whim, and I'm glad I did. The food was perfect. Service was friendly and bilingual (thank goodness, because my Spanish is limited). Menu was well-rounded without being overwhelming.

I could see that it is a well loved restaurant - calm atmosphere, families and individuals were seated at booths and tables, and there were even a few chairs for those they may have had to wait for their take-out order. Steady business on a Saturday mid-morning. The tucked away location made this hidden gem even more enticing.

Loved the flavors. Homemade corn tortillas... yes, please! I ordered the huevos con chorizo, rice, beans, and a side of DELICIOUS salsa. 😋

I intend to frequent this restaurant again, whether it's for take-away or dine-in. Worth it. Definitely plan to try everything.”

“I live near Krispy Kreme, so I visit this location often. Just like every other place around they have a short staff and it is a lasting result of covid. So many "fast food" places around here are staffed with 2 people. These sort of companies need, i assume, 6-8 employees. Yes, KK are sometimes out of an item, and sometimes close early and opens late. But every single food place around here still has to close up early, or open late, because they dont have the staff. I have had some disappointment with a place not being opened. But when they are opened and have a limited staff they really pull together. Krispy Kreem, even being a chain, has being going through this. I do not work for Krispy Kreeme and I don't know anyone there. So this is just my experience today. I arrived at Krispy Kreme early this morning and ordered a dozen glazed, and a dozen assorted. I pulled up to the window and asked about the leprechaun donuts. I asked if they were available. With my donuts already in their boxes he changed my order for me. The manager, England, was the one at the window. I saw one other person near him, and one more in there, and ai am pretty sure that was it. My morning wasn't going the best, but he made my day and made smile. I have been there a dozen or more times. Always happy, I would leave many reviews all positive.”

“Tried the Butter chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala. Got the garlic naan as well. The Chicken Tikka masala was definitely our favorite. Had great flavor and spice. I got the extra spicy and my husband got the spicy. Both very delicious! They were very prompt with their service and food. Even gave us mango lassi’s to try and they were so good!! Honestly the best ones I’ve ever had! Totally recommend this place!!👏”

Not only that on all my drinks and the muffin they wrote seeet notes like “stay strong queen, we care for you and we love you.” it truly was so sweet, it’s nice to know that there are good genuine people out there. they did not have to do that but they went above and beyond to just make me feel loved.
