incredibly long wait, then gave me the wrong receipt and almost food but I stopped them as I only ordered one drink and was being handed 3. also the slushie was mostly white with almost no flavor added. when I contacted on their page, response was "thanks for reaching out" ive never had problems with the sonic near Sutro@mccarran. guess when I want a slushie I have to go there.
Long waits for food, and then it's either COLD, poorly made, missing, or incorrect. if you request they remake it again they try to get you to pay a second time for the missing item.
Sonic staff was VERY RUDE & NOT NICE @ ALL! Server rolled her eyes for us asking for ketchup! haha not a big deal but geez if she's so Miserable maybe she shouldn't b working in customer service kind of vibe place😂
