Wendy's offers overall great burgers, but some customers have experienced poor customer service and food quality lacking. One customer suggested a way to keep the fries warm longer. They followed a request for no dairy. Another customer found it odd that they were asked to use the kiosk to order while others ordered at the counter. The restroom was out of everything, and the staff's response was underwhelming.
