“I rarely ever leave reviews. But this is the best Chinese take out spot I've been to in Rockland. 5/5 stars with out a doubt.They are extremely busy during lunch time which is when I usually order and Its for good reasons, their menu is delicious and lots of people order from here. Every time I'm there pocking up my order, i always see people inside either ordering or picking up their orders. This is how you know the food is on point and they always make it fresh.Next door you got burger king and Wendy's which do not compare. Dynasty king has decent and fair prices and quality of their food is top notch. It's also a family owned business which I love to support opposed to franchise corporate unhealthy fast foods.The girls working there are polite and kind and the whole family as well. If you are debating to order take out from another town, consider driving extra 10-15 min and try this one. You wont regret it ?“

“We came to this place for a meeting. my friend recommended this restaurant. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff members were extremely nice and we had a great feeling. The meal was great. We loved this restaurant a lot and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Warmly recommended.“

“Atmosphere was nice and pleasurable to eat with the family. I tried a lot of different foods and all was good. Some things like sweet and sour soup excellent. The sushi could use some work. A nice spot to go with the whole family because they will all find something. The staff was very nice and attentive.“

“Bardonia Oriental is consistently our favorite go-to place for Chinese food. The chicken is most often quite delicious and tender, regardless of the dish that it's placed with. I'm most often preferred chicken with broccoli however I had chicken with Chinese vegetables last night and found it to be absolutely scrumptious! The beef with snow peas is delicious as well. One of our dear friends is Chinese and she refuses to eat Chinese food anywhere but there if that's any indication of the quality of their food. The egg rolls can be hit or miss at times having so much grease they're impossible to consume and other times being so delicious I would eat multiples if I had them! There thick Chinese noodles are rarely greasy and always delicious especially with duck sauce. We prefer the mustard that comes in a container to the hot sauce in a package. I would not recommend requesting sauce on the side as I have done a times because somehow the chicken and broccoli become overdone. Overall, as I've said there isn't any other Chinese restaurant in Rockland County that has earned my respect and is much repeat business as Bardonia Oriental. I forgot to mention how much we enjoyed the crab with cream cheese appetizer! They are very good at following specific orders so if you like your vegetables al dente to preserve the nutrients and simply let them know how long you would like to cook it the vegetables. Otherwise the broccoli tends to be somewhat soggy. With a little bit of accommodation and finagling and won't improved consistency for the egg rolls, I would delightfully add the extra star all the way! If you would like your vegetables to preserve maximum nutritional value, I would recommend requesting them to be a little hard. And definitely not mushy.“

“I had to deduct one star because my favorite Layl Shishi item is no longer on the menu. The VIP Cholent Plate (aka the Heimishe Sombrero) was truly a dish worthy of the VIP mantle. Cholent (bean or barley), potato kugel, kiskha, jachnun, eggs, Gedempte Fleish and two slices of garlic toast. Truly a way to end the workweek and rocket towards Shabbos.The poppers are still a strong contender tho - so I'll typically get those for my forschpeiz and get a sombrero elsewhere. Solid eating.“

“Been coming here since I was a kid and it's been my favorite place for Chinese food all these years. The quality of the food is fantastic and I think it's gotten better over time! Their sesame chicken was my favorite as a kid and since I became a pescatarian, their sesame tofu has become my favorite! They always managed to make their chicken so crisp and they do the same with their tofu! And the sesame sauce is my favorite I've had. I had the Love roll, it was also really good! the soy bean paper had a little crunch to it, I enjoyed it. “I can’t say enough about this place. We have been ordering from them for 25 years. Never ever had a problem. Food is always great. We usually pick it up but get delivery every so often. “My favorite place for Chinese food. I have been going here since I can remember as a little girl. I moved farther north and this is the only place I will order Chinese food from, I drive 30ish mins to pick up. My favorite rice is shrimp fried rice and vegetable fried. “Stumbled across this hidden gem and went for lunch. It is a very small intimate location, the food was great and the lunch special is 10$ which let's be honest we don't see too often anymore. I had the chicken and broccoli and my friend had general tsos, both were delicious and a fair portion. Will definitely be returning and looking forward to trying a new item!!“

“Amazing food and super authentic! Ate here on Chinese New Year Eve because we were looking for a Chinese restaurant and we got in pretty late around 9 PM and they were still very happy to serve us. We ordered the “Happy Family” dish on the specials list consisting of chicken, roasted pork, shrimp and scallops served with a bowl of rice on the side and the sauce on the meat was so good! It included quite a bit of vegetables too which was really nice. We also ordered the meat dumplings and I HIGHLY recommend those because they taste so authentic like the dumplings my family makes! Even my boyfriend (who usually does not like Asian food lol) loved these dumplings so much and said he could eat probably 2 plates of them if he were hungrier. There are plenty of vegetarian options on the menu too, such as the stir fry tofu and vegetables, fried rice, noodles, vegetable dumplings and more. We only waited about 10 mins total for the food so it came super quick and we were very satisfied with the service. Will definitely be back here if in the area again!“

“One word, efficient. Stopped by here last night as I got a hankering for some Chinese takeout. Called Wah Sing after pulling off of 208 and placed an order for roast pork lo mien combo dinner and they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. Well 10 minutes later, I arrived and was willing to wait, as I knew I was early. My meal was ready to go and I paid for it, and was on my way. When I got home, I was surprised by the portion size and the amount of roast pork in the lo mein and fried rice. It was cooked perfectly and the roast pork was tender and fall apart delicious. It had a nice amount of smokiness and came with an egg roll. All for under 15 bucks, I had enough for dinner last night and lunch today. I will be back.“

“After we were told by MP Chinese that their dining room was closed for dine in - something not stated on their website or social media, (see other review on MP), we came here for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. This is pure Chinese American comfort food. The owners were very nice and the food was very delicious. Their chow fun is amazing and I loved their food, especially the pork dumplings that are pan fried. The decor isn't as fancy as MP but infinitely better service and appreciation of customers. We will make this our Christmas tradition moving forward. Definitely give it a try.“
