My fiance and I hired Elegant Touch to cater our wedding and they did a fabulous job. The meal was tasty and beautifully presented (we opted for a big cheese and crudite board and passed apps during cocktail hour followed by delicious salmon, salad, and their popular marinated flank steak for dinner). What "delicious" professionals! From the wedding menu planning and first tasting to the final dining experience, Elegant Touch was attentive, engaging, patient, and hit the mark in all respects. Taking advantage of the seasonal produce--peaches in particular!--found their way into the multi-course menu; the dessert table was abundantly amazing, so much so, that we took home the remaining pies--no way could they be left behind!
