bar tender extremely busy, manager jumped in as bar back, dishwasher, drink mixer all with a good sense of humor. I know the world is short staffed but, we didn't mind the wait with such a happy team! Good job!

TGI Fridays in Amherst, NY offers delicious meals and great service. Customers mention good service, even late at night. The whiskey glaze is delicious. The staff is very welcoming and always going above and beyond. The food and drinks are great. A server took care of a big group like a pro, was friendly and knowledgeable, and got all the orders correct. Great customer service is everything.
