Every item from the well worn iron teapots to the ginger tea to the ramen itself bleeds aade by hand flavor that's incredibly hard to find in New York at affordable prices. This Ramen restaurant pulls it off in spades though.The staff are incredibly polite with good suggestions.The broth is flavorful and rich, tasting of slow simmered stock instead of cheap bullion, with well rounded subtle flavors instead of an over reliance on MSG and salt.
