Food was incredibly well made and delicious, you can tell it’s made with love. A little pricey but the food and atmosphere makes it totally worth it. The owner was also personable and welcoming. Definitely coming back here soon! FYI tips are cash only :)
Nice joint. Affordable, with a loyal local following and tasteful décor. Friendly staff and clean bathroom. When you finish, call over the waiter and tell him you’re ready to pay the Czech. :)

My wife and I have been to Koliba three times now, the past couple times with our 7-month old baby girl. The service and food is really great; they let you take your time and enjoy yourself and don’t rush you out the door. My wife is half Slovak and it has been great for us to explore this part of her heritage.
