A pleasure to find such a friendly and welcoming spot in this neighbourhood. Pool tables, dart boards, shuffleboard and 12 TVs. Add in good service and atmosphere with great prices and you have a wonderful bar.
I've walked by this bar a couple of times now while visiting friends in the Astoria Ditmars area and have always been curious as to what its like inside. I love super shitty Irish dive bars. Love. L-o-v-e. I also like bougie but there's nothing like the fresh smell of musk, seeing a bunch of regulars that have been sitting there for way too long cradling their bud lites and pondering where their life is going to take them next. It was a chill vibe. I went on a Saturday night and there were maybe 5 other people there, drinking and watching the hockey game. I paid 11 dollars for two cosmopolitans, not bad for the area. Plus they were STRONG and the bartender was quick and attentive. I would come again. I wish there were games there. I only saw the darts, maybe I missed it. It's pretty dark and dated like someone else mentioned. In any event, I would come again. Good spot to start the night out bar hopping.
