Classic Greek restaurant with a beautiful dessert display!! All the employees are wonderful. They give great suggestions and pack desserts with care. The owner? A little less careful but I suppose he can afford to be.
Improved from prepandemic visits. Quiet inside. Still good pastries though. A place to hang out late and chat. They also have an extensive menu of real food.Feb 2024: resuming slowly the prepandemic noise levels. Able to have a conversation, so not deafening, but not quiet either.

I checked out Omonia Cafe after a stranger recommended it to me. Omonia Cafe has been around since the 1970s, and when you walk in, you can tell it probably hasn't been renovated since then. My boyfriend and I ordered a tiramisu cup and some wings. The tiramisu cup was tasty--it was very chocolaty and rich.
