I’ve only ever gotten take out from this place since it’s right by me. I like that they have so much variety but balk at the idea of paying $17 for a roll. Most taste the same to me. So I get the $7 rolls.When I come in I usually get rushed to order, which doesn’t feel good. Also sucks to pay extra for using a credit card, as opposed to cash. My wife and I love sushi and come here nearly weekly. At this point we walk in, sit down and get our "usual." Staff is friendly and the food is good.When it comes to Sushi there is gas station sushi and then there is omakase-only-super-fresh-super-pricy-sushi. Junko isn't the latter and definitely not the first. It's solid, fresh, good tasting sushi with plenty of choice and variation. The price to quality ratio is really good. I will say, this Sushi restaurant is the best in NYC!!!! The staff is very friendly. The salmon and eel tasted delicious and fresh. ?I will be coming back to this restaurant in the future!!!
