“Shelby's catered my friend's special occasion last night. Honestly, I've been to many other catered events by them. Last night, they knocked it out of the park every time. It's not just about how well the food was prepared, or how always on time, also the attention given. Truly, how great it all always tastes. It's hard to prepare high quantity trays and items and make it all taste great. The larger you do, the harder it gets. Has always been fantastic. Last night ,the frsh sliced turkey with gravy on the side. Super crispy salad will never go forgotten.“
“The food is delicious! We have only been once but can tell that this is a safe bet when in the mood for ramen! The chicken ramen with chicken broth was so good, and the vegetable broth was great too, a little less flavorful than the chicken broth, but everything was fresh, which made up for it. The eggs are brownish, which for those who are visual eaters like my wife was a little weirded out, but I loved them, so I ate hers LOL but she absolutely loved the fried pumpkin cakes! Overall, they were very friendly and accommodating when we were asking about the menu and the food didn't take too long although I noticed some walking waiting a little while for their Boba tea so it might be better to order ahead.“

“From the moment I contacted Michelle about the vision my niece had for her baby shower cake she was wonderful. The communication was excellent! She has such great flavors and fillings to choose from. It was a joy not to be offered the typical Italian cream cake. We sent a photo, chose the lemon cake with her signature filling, strawberry champagne, and it was perfect. I picked up the cake Friday at 12. Drove it to Jersey, it was packed perfect, and served it Saturday at 2. It was so moist and delicious. You could taste the actual strawberries. I can’t say enough about my experience with this bakery and Michelle and her staff.“
“This place is above and beyond. They have amazing conchas and croissants. I went an hour and a half before closing and the pastries were still warm and very soft , you can ell everything is freshly made and they dont sell stale food. This is now my go to bakery on the island.“

They have a full service menu and everything was delicious.Not pictured below or the crepe and The Omelette that we ordered because I forgot to take pictures and a few cool pictures from around the place to eatWe ordered the veggie omelette, and my daughter ordered it without the spinach. The eggs were cooked perfectly and we hopped for more onions but it was still great.My son ordered a Nutella crepe. Out of all the crepe places we've gone to he said this one wasn't his favorite.Vikki ordered a "bebe"it's a Portuguese role with ham and cheese on it. They butter the roles and it was really good.We ordered "galão" . It's a Portuguese latte for a American pallet. It was so good.... And wasn't bitter at all.“

You will have some customers that will always leave negative reviews even though nothing was done wrong on the owners part. You actually have to take the negative reviews and let them go and actually see where they are coming from. “Goodness, after the 30 years plus I have been going there, it is still one of the best bakeries around! The German butter cake is my favorite! I love the unique building and the workers are so helpful and nice. When my kids were younger, on half days during school, afterwards I would take them there to purchase cupcakes, then drive to the airport to watch the planes take off, when you were allowed to on Ronkonkoma Avenue. “Nothing beats that delicious bite into a crunchy empanada that has the most delicious meat&potato filling. The steam comes out, but it's the perfect temperature. I love their Aji, on the spicy side and wow perfect kick! The buñuelos with hot chocolate are the best sweet treat you can have at any time of the day. Right now my favorite dessert is their tres leches flan, it melts in your mouth. I definitely recommend this little gem.“
“The only downside to this place is if you come in from the wrong direction. You have to keep driving till you can do a U Turn at a stop sign. Since you have to back into the docks from the street to pick up. Don't try to turn around at the neighbors across the street like I did. There is a median in the way. Other than that great people. “This is about Tres Leche cake that I recently ordered. For full disclosure, I haven't tasted it but I am still giving this place a full thumbs up. Here is the context. We had our son's birthday and needed an urgent delivery order. He lives on Long Island while we are in Manhattan. He specifically asked for a Tres Leche case. I called Paisa Pan on the day of his birthday (around 11am) and asked if they could deliver it by end of the day. They promised the delivery by 2pm. It was actually delivered around 1:15pm. Our son absolutely loved it. These guys are terrific!!“

“I first had their delicious Portuguese rolls at Taormina Restaurant & Pizzeria in Commack & just had to ask where they were from. Even though the bakery is a bit out of the way, it was worth the drive for not only the Portuguese rolls but the person who was helping me recommended the rice pastry which was delicious. I also had to try a coconut macaroon which was also delicious. The person who was helping me was very nice and recommended, since I did buy a few rolls, that I freeze the rolls in a paper bag if they weren't going to be consumed right away & then to put them in the oven & they would taste just as fresh as if they baked them.“
“My husband and I finally got a chance to try this place today and oh is it soooo worth it! I’m pregnant (only 10 and a half weeks) and the strawberry shortcake cupcake is a cupcake version of the ice cream and perfect! My husband loved his chocolate overload cupcake!
