“Great service, great pizza! And I make my own sourdough crusts...we will eat here again for sure! Very small, more for take out. But big variety of items; pizzas, sandwiches, salads... woman who worked there answered phone on News Years Day and says, "of course were open, I answered the phone didn't I?".... lol." That made us laugh! ..... she's a no nonsense woman, but super friendly once you open up and start chatting, even moved a table out for us and moved a big display! Plus, she makes superb homemade brownies and reeses peanut butter cookies!“

“We always enjoyed coming here when it was "Something Sweet". Anna made the best apple crisp ever! Now that it's Piccolo, we love it even more! The soups are ALWAYS amazing, and the new menu is 10/10. The Italian Chicken Stew is out of this world, as well as the Butternut Squash Ravioli. Anna, you are not only an incredible baker, but an amazing cook!!! This is on our regular rotation - highly recommend.“

“Giovanni‘s inn is quite a unique and kitschy place went there for dinner with my love and we had an excellent time soon as we walked in we greeted warmly. The atmosphere almost has a hunting club/Woody design almost like an old backwoods , Italian restaurant , even though we did not make a reservation, which you have that option we were seated immediately. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and continually checked on us. We had the mushroom ravioli, the shrimp Parmesan it’s spaghetti and for dessert we had lemon blueberry mascarpone cake, and mini cannolis. It was all so delightful. The atmosphere is Amber and Rich with conversation and good feelings the food was excellent and the owner and the cooking staff would even come out and were friendly and talk to everyone. A very family, friendly vibe definitely love the quaintness of this place a must try.Kid-friendliness: I did not see a kids menu, but they were definitely children as young as five years old they’re eating.“

“While in town for a concert, we needed a quick (but quality) dinner and got this recommendation. Ordered the Taco Combo with chicken, beef and shrimp and it was spot on. The recipe was authentic Mexican and the service was just as warm. Nice find!“

“We had a last minute party of seven on a weekend. We were seated within 20 minutes and our server John was delightful. Food was excellent as always. Our party this time enjoyed pomodoro, eggplant parm, pizzas, chicken francaise special, rice balls, calamari, sorbet and carrot cake to name a few things. All excellent.“

“This was my first time eating at Pasta D’Oro, but I wanted to bring my family somewhere new for dinner. I’m so glad I did! “This was our first time to DeStefano's and we were quite impressed. The food was excellent, The bread with the garlic oil was awesome, so long as you're a garlic fan. We tried the battered Calamari and Romano Cheese, something different, loved it. We had ordered two of the specials which came with more sides than ever expected-stuffed clams, soup, salad. Time for the main course (already getting full) I had the Cajun seafood dish and my wife had the Chicken Apulia, also with two huge sides,(mashed and sweet potato fries) needless to say we're having our leftovers again tonight at home. I had my usual Blue Moon and my wife had a mixed drink. The prices of the drinks were in my opinion cheaper than anywhere else, $5.50 for draft and $6.50 for the mixed drink. I think the dinners are priced cheaper than some other restaurants and the portions are way more. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a night out, very nicely decorated, our waitress was very nice and prompt and the place was packed, which says something, at least to me. If you leave this place hungary you must have a Tapeworm LOL. Can't wait to return. Jack and Joanie“

“I ordered the gnocchi which came with salad and bread and it was amazing. The salad was really good with the peppers and olives onions and tomatoes and the pasta had asparagus mushrooms and peppers which I never had before. The service is outstanding everyone is very very polite and kind. They have beautiful Italian instrumental music playing while you eat and tv. I highly recommend this place to eat.“

“Best pizza, in my opinion, in Middletown!I always get half meat lovers and the other half buffalo chicken. The toppings are generous, and the chicken pieces are perfectly portioned.We also get medium buffalo wings, and they are crispy and covered with a good amount of sauce.Last time we went, we received garlic knots as well. Not only were they delicious, they'll make you smell like garlic for a week ?Give Marco's a try, you won't be disappointed!“

“For a New Year's Eve party, bought twelve Mexican dishes. Every one was delicious! All guests were happy with the quality and quantity, both carnivores and vegetarians. “As soon as I order my pizza Amy knows it's me by my order, and never asks my name. She just says how long and my name....thats service...she's always a delight when I go in and asks about my day at work and my family even when her and her husband look completely stressed. Her husband dose make the best pizza at there shop. The other guys are good but his are better. It's definitely service with a smile there?“

“Let me start by saying this was one of the more pleasant dining experiences I have ever had. I was returning from a trip with my girlfriend from Otsego County and we are both huge fans of "Restaurant Impossible" and wanted to check this place out along our way home to Long Island. It was the Monday after Easter and the restaurant wasn't very busy at all. We both recognized the owner, Franco, immediately. He sat us right away in the beautiful dining area and brought out our entrees. I was very impressed that the owner was waiting on us, and he did an amazing job. Franco couldn't have been more friendly and personable. We asked him about his experience on "Restaurant Impossible" and he was very forthcoming and honest. It was fascinating to hear his side. The food itself was absolutely phenomenal, maybe the best penne garlic and oil with chicken I have ever had. My girlfriend also absolutely loved her meal. The place has an old school Italian restaurant vibe to it and Franco gives it added personality. We will absolutely return on our next trip through Orange County. Keep up the great work, Franco!!“

“This place fell off I enjoyed this place until I order some food to be delivered along with two slices of cheese. The slices they gave me were probably the oldest slices of pizza I’ve ver seen come out of a restaurant. Absolutely disgusting. The cheese was dry the crust soggy and hard at the same time. The sauce was slimy.“

“Food was delicious don't get me wrong but the caprese salad wasn't near what I expected based on the traditional experience. Then a manager came and asked what happened I replied with caprese salad is normally medallions of tomatoes and mozzarella with a basil leaf on each. This was plum tomatoe slices pilled like lettuce and miniature mozzarella rings and slices of basil and very little balsmic glaze with a side of balsamic dressingal and he says let me see what I can do. He comes back and says I took half off next time tell me at the beginning. I will return again because the food is phenomenal with the hopes of them making adjustments to that dish.“

“We tried their pizza today and it was delicious. At first, we questioned why the pizza was thinner and if it was worth the money. We took a few bites and enjoyed it. But once we got to the crust, we thought we would struggle because my boyfriend and I don't like DRY crusts. This pizza was MOIST. The crust was VERY thin and didn't give us that annoyingly large dry ending. We were referred here by a family member and will be getting our pizza here from now on. Word of warning, if you want to buy just a single slice, they don't allow any electronic transactions under $20 so bring cash if you are eating for one.“

“After a hike we were driving home and decided to stop here for lunch. It’s been years since we last stopped in Olive Garden to eat. We got our usual meals but I was a bit sad to see that they no longer had the limoncello shooter dessert. We enjoyed the salad and breadsticks and could not get enough of the white sauce that came with the stuffed ziti fritters. We kept asking for more of it to dip the breadsticks in. The server was great and friendly. I just wish they would dust the fake vines/plants more often or at all.“

“This is a great local pizza restaurant. There are lots of great pizza choices, all delicious all fresh. Soups here also very good. A nice option of italian dinner favorites as well. Wait staff is always friendly, particular counter staff. I have also used Franks for catering and its spot on.“
