Went today to redeem the flying saucer special. Showed cashier email that says Fanatics get a 6 pack for 7.50 but she and her manager said they didn't know how to apply the promo. Very disappointing that they didn't try to accommodate or honor the deal.
Everytime I get here before 10pm I find the door is locked closed. I’ve seen people drive here, park, bang on the door expecting someone to open up because on google they list hours from 10am to 10pm but there’s a sign posted at the door that indicates 11am - 9pm.

They thick shakes aren't thick... That was very disappointing. I wanted a milk shake not flavored milk. Besides that everything else we've gotten there was decent
