Italian Rum Cake - fresh Pastry / Rainbow cookies for parties - family owned and operated - Been going to this Pastry place since the 60's - it's always ? fine quality - attentive staff. - plenty of seating. Anthony and Sal are fine hosts. They'll make you feel like your over their homes ? for Sunday dinner ? & dessert ? ?
I had the great pleasure of visiting Delillo’s earlier this week with my creative writing class from Fordham University, and it was such a special experience. I got a cherry turnover and it was delicious! The space is much bigger than you’d think but still very cozy. I highly recommend visiting if you’re near the area.

After tasting a few zeppoles on that main street, they have hands down the best ones. Don't rush to try the other popular bakery that I won't name down the street, try this one instead. The other is too commercialized, and this one kept to its italian roots. Great coffee too. And I knew it was good when there were two nonnas having an espresso at a table, chit chatting.
