I get my hair done every week around the corner from this location, so I tend to get a snack from here before going in. Today I was utterly disgusted. I expect [at the VERY least] basic level customer service - at least a greeting!! I was met by a girl who spoke but then walked away and I was left standing there for 5 mins while 'long braid' walked in circles in the back and never approached the register until the door opened again and other customers walked in. Went inside this Dunkin for the first time because the one on Jerome is closed for renovations. Do not come in here expecting friendly service!! First of all I came in there was NO ONE at the register and I had to wait almost five minutes for an employee to come out and take my order. This is one of those quick stop and go dunkin donuts. There really isn't anywhere to sit and enjoy your purchased product. Not only is it a tight dunkin (limited space), but I have encountered more than one upset employee. It seems like they also feel the affects of the small space to work. This is just a quick stop, pick up, and run type of dunkin. There's nothing worse than dealing with disgruntled employees.
