“I love almost everything that's on the menu. The best things to order is their burgers,steaks,and onion rings. Although the creps don't taste amazing nor the one I had thats suppose to have lemon in it taste like nail polish. Their coffee has no flavor. I'm putting a 1 star for service because I was seated pretty fast but the waiters their are slow and can be rude occasionally. They don't even know that you can scan the receipt and pay through the app. I just did that so I can get extra points. Ive always dined in and never gotten take but this is from my experience thier. All I can say is that this place is decent but it could be a little bit better.It took about 2 hours just to get the food unfortunately but their nice for the most part“
“Wheelchair accessibility: There's no stairs but it is very tightly situated, There's barely room to walk. They put my walker in the back somewhere because there wasn't room anywhere in the dining area to keep it next to me.“
“I found the place to be beautiful, spacious, and highly lively and organized. When my companions walked in, the vibe felt right and we were soon welcomed with anticipation for a good experience. Soon, the waiter allowed us time to come up with our orders. Within 10 minutes, the waiter took our orders and restated them for clarification. That is an excellent way to confirm and modify any changes. The waiter was worth it. When the food was presented, the plates were gorgeous. I had to take pictures of the dishes. The taste of the basil soup is sublime - perfect. We had to settle down after our meal to catch up with events and other trivial matters in this cozy environment. My friends and I received one of the best customer service in this IHOP.Vegetarian options: IHOP is known for its delicious pancakes. That alone is excellent for a vegetarian diet. They also have French Toast, Chocolate Cake, and Waffles.Kid-friendliness: IHOP is known to be kid-friendly for decades. It is a family-oriented franchise. When you visit an IHOP, it is often packed with families and children. They even have a kids menu designed for a child’s palette.“
“I'm a proud Bronxite so I'm used to the chaotic customers but the way the wait staff kept their composure was magnificent. Applauds for them. The waiter we had, I wish I remembered his name, was very attentive and joked with us. The host was very happy and nice. The manager was on his job and the food is always great. I know many other people have other experiences but anytime I go there hasn't been an issue that wasn't taken care of instantly. Thanks. As a ex worker of the food Industry I will say dealing with hungry customers is one of the hardest of all retail jobs. They were all great.“
“The food was amazing but my waitress was even more amazing. Haydee was great, she made sure that my daughter enjoyed her meal. Her customer service was amazing she was very attentive and served us with a beautiful. I will definitely be returning for some steak and my daughter for her eggs.“
“My fiancé and I came to this location for our Sunday Date Night. We were greeted by the host who’s name I believe was Emed (not sure of the spelling). Emed was absolutely welcoming. Our server Quentin took care of us as soon as we were seated, and kept checking in on us frequently to make sure we were okay. This location is always lovely and I would recommend them to everyone.
