Whether you're just visiting the Bronx Zoo or living by Pelham Parkway, you must stop by JE Bakery to try their almond croissant!! It's just the right amount of butter and almond filling and is delicious!! There's also danish, muffins and cinnamon rolls, etc :D Love this place, go there every time when we're nearby!

Very clean bakery. They have bread, muffins juices and slide carrot and chocolate cake. Staff are very friendly treated with a smile. I bought a piece of carrot cake very fresh and moist. We don’t like raisins but took them out. Very delish will go back
