FIVE THOUSAND OUT OF FIVENestled deep in the bronx is El Rincon De Mexico. Within El Rincon De Mexico is Vegan Birria World which is where I went. I ordered the ramen birria with two street tacos, two churros and the rice and beans. It was OUT OF CONTROL. So freaking good that we ordered more to take home. I was craving nachos and just Mexican food in general, so I decided to order from someplace new. I got the tacos, flautas, nachos and churros.Everything was fresh and delicious. The beef tacos were generously sized and very filling, but it was the nachos that I really savored. I never order takeout nachos cuz they just taste better to me when they're not packaged up, but these were really yummy. I ordered a shrimp nacho and chicken nachos from here and I have to say that the nachos were very tasty and filling. The portions are quite large and it had everything that I needed on it. The nachos came with an assortment of cheeses, pico de gallo and beans. I love that the establishment only sells nachos and I spotted a vegan nachos will I'll try next time. Two thumbs up!
