My husband and I tried The Vegan Factory for the first time today. We both had the "Amazing Burger" -- which actually was amazing! It was flavorful and filling, along with the truffle fries which I absolutely loved!
Service was excellent. Everyone who worked there acknowledged us. The owner Anna came to our table to say "hello" and make sure everything was okay.
I will definitely come back to this establishment.

The Vegan Factory is a cozy and clean eatery serving a variety of delicious vegan dishes. The menu offers a range of options, including the popular vegan mac, sancocho, and chickn cheddar sandwich. The restaurant also serves mofonguitos, empanadas, loaded nachos, and buffalo cauliflower. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making it easy to feel at home. The food is consistently flavorful and filling. With a small but intimate atmosphere, The Vegan Factory is a great spot for a night out or a casual meal with friends. The mofonguitos appetizer was delicious, plantains made into the shape of little bowls, filled with guacamole, red quinoa, white onions, and vegan "beef." The burrito bowl was also excellent - quinoa, brown rice, seasoned white rice, black beans, lettuce, guacamole, vegan cheese, huge and very filling. The aesthetic of the dining room is cute and chic, with modern tables and chairs and tropical wallpaper. The menu is huge, with appetizers, small plates, entrees, and even a kids menu.
