I absolutely love their selection. They have seasonal favorites and the staff members are amazing. Everything is fresh and I have yet to get something that I don't like. Though, getting the nerve to try some new ingredients, I'm working on it. Hey PNW fam & friends, they do get Steelhead but they do call it Sea Trout or something like that. #iykyk You need to get it when it's in season and they get it fresh.
