I've been here a couple of times and always order a caramel frappe. My order is never consistent in flavor and texture . It's never made the same . It's like no one got the same training because everyone is making it differently .
I would have given this Starbucks a good review, because the coffee was very tasty at first sip. However, when I first order my Cinnamon Dolce with Sumatra coffee, I didn't know to order sugar-free, so when I taste it I automatically knew it was sugar in it. So I kindly ask the guy behind the counter to remake my drink, cause I made a mistake. He got irritated with me and remade it with the Pike coffee instead of the Sumatra I first asked for and low-key still used the sugar syrup...read full review

Would be fine if it wasn't for the fact that they have no bathroom, which is just inhumane. Other Starbucks in other boroughs don't seem to have this bathroom problem. The excuse is that it is under renovation but this has been this way for almost a year...will be making a complaint.
