“Walked in at noon and was next on line. Ordered pastrami on rye with mustard and a small macaroni salad. Done in a few minutes. The pictures that I took doesn't look like the sandwiches in their advertisement for Lang delicatessen. “An old school authentic Italian deli run by mom, dad, and their son. The food is outstanding, I had an Italian Combo and my wife had a turkey sub, there was no skimping on the ingredients, WOW! As for the pizza ? we traveled here from Cape Cod in search of the best pizza from Rockland County NY through Bergen County NJ. We eventually landed here at Petrillos and met John and his parents working behind the counter. An old school hard-working family making traditional pizzas. We were blown away by what they had created, a super tasty combination of classic sauce and the perfect amount of cheese on a slightly crispy underbody with a soft but crisp crust. We ordered 13 pizzas that day, 10 plain,1 green pepper & onion, and 2 chicken cutlet and cherry pepper. After trying the Chicken cutlet and cherry pepper I called the next morning and ordered 3 more...wow it was awesome. Upon picking up the pizzas Sunday morning we discovered John making breakfast on the flat-top grill so my wife ordered French toast and bacon, yum! We gave this establishment a 5-star review but on a scale of 1-10 we gave our highest review 9.8 only because there has to be room for something higher, we just haven't found it yet. Sounded like they had forgotten to check it, I imagine the apps get way more traffic. The pastrami sandwich was 4.5/5, a good amount of meat, nice crispy edges, but maybe a hair too salty on some bites. Paired it with some home made spicy mayo and it brought it to 5/5. “Some of the best tacos I've had on the East coast. These are on par with California and Texas tacos. Most of the tacos in NYC and NY and terrible, but not Los Ferchos. This is a great family run deli, with the whole family helping to make super authentic tacos in the back. The staff are warm and welcoming and the food is always excellent. There is a relatively rustic area with sturdy wooden tables and chairs where you can eat your sandwich there on the premises if you don't feel like taking your food on the road. There's just a couple of stools by the window. We always order delivery though. Family run by husband, wife and son.
