I ordered a to-go combo sandwich (half pastrami and half brisket). Not usually a huge pastrami fan but this was delicious. I ordered it juicy and it was prefect. Employees were polite and quickly got my freshly cut order ready.
Unfortunately the original Katz’s over in Manhattan had a super long line and I didn’t want to wait so I was trying to find alternatives so I settled on A Taste of Katz’s and then I drove across the river to Brooklyn to try this. I really enjoyed the pastrami, it was very tender and juicy with plenty of condiments such as mustard, gravy, etc. The sandwich is loaded with pastrami meat and the portion is huge. The cashier recommended any of their sandwiches with salami, which didn’t disappoint. Although the sandwich was pretty pricey ($32) it was pretty good and def enough for 2 people.
