It's a take out joint, don't expect a restroom. I was upset by the food, I found a bathroom at the Paris baguette across the street. The summer rolls were filled with noodles, where are the other things (carrots or cucumber/veg, apart from the 2 pieces of leaf)? The pho was also mostly noodles. I would have preferred slightly less noodles. The soup base was tasty.
I went there yesterday after a very bad day and Banhmigos food gave me a boost I really needed. Grilled pork banh mi was the best I had in NYC yet. Moist, veggies were plenty of sour, salty and sweet, crunchy bread and just the right amount of cilantro.The staff was friendly, pretty quick and very calm overall. I loved the atmosphere. Reasonably priced, solid quality and very veggie friendly! I've been here a couple times since my friend lives nearby. I appreciate that I can customize the sweetness of my boba and I've enjoyed the food I've tried. It's not a given that a Vietnamese place would have mock duck, and I appreciated that extra variety as a vegetarian and I thought it was very tasty. This is a good spot for tasty, pretty quick takeout when you're in the area!
