I try to look at Bia (#1) as a bar first, restaurant second. Once the Vietnamese elements have been striped away, it feels like a lot of bars in Williamsburg: fun with a little hipster vibe with the added fuel of having a roof deck. Personally, I'd come for the drinks but would only consider the food if *really* hungry. The view of the Williamsburg bridge is an immediate draw. I'm shocked this spot doesn't have better reviews! I came here for a late night bite and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was lovely (very cozy), service was great, and the prices were reasonable! I love that they are open late and their chicken banh mi was delicious with the perfect amount of spice and flavor.
