I live around the corner from blue collar and it has become my go to for a fast food type burger and tenders. Don’t expect anything gourmet. My biggest issue is that the quality is a bit inconsistent. There are days when the food is hot and melt in your mouth and delicious (when it’s just been made) and others when it’s all lukewarm and a bit cardboardy and you can tell it’s been sitting under a heat lamp. Still a solid neighborhood spot.
Goodness gracious, Blue Collar’s cheeseburgers are truthfully so divine. The patties are thin yet flavorful and the toppings are perfect, including crisp, delicious pickles. Add some grilled onions for an extra treat. And maybe even order a milkshake, for a really special meal!

Hey look, is it a little pricey.. sure is it also the best smash burger in the area well.. yes it's that's too. Sometimes you just want what you want and you'll spend the money to satisfy the burger itch. You wanna save a little dough go with your significant other and split a drink and fries. Other than that I'd say it's adequately rated. Will this burger change your life? Probably not but you gotta love a place that knows it's identity and sticks to it.
