“I was super skeptical to try this at first because it didn’t seem authentic but after i gave it a try i had to come back 2 more times because it was GREAT. Jerk chicken over rice is on top. I’d recommend this to anyone especially if you’re tired of a basic chicken over rice platter. Make sure to get their dragon sauce.“

“we decided to give a chance to this halal Taco and gyro, and we are glad we did. We ordered 4 beef tacos and a side of seasoned fries. We all agree these tacos are better then Taco bell hands down. The beef was deliciously seasoned with a generous amount of topping and reasonably priced. The fries were a large portion and very well seasoned and perfect amount of salt. I suggest ordering a side of cheese dipping sauce it would pair beautifully, we'll get that next time. The menu has a lot to offer, we are excited to try other items and we'll be back soon!“

Other places were mobbed and we were too hungry to wait, but this place had plenty of tables available, which makes sense once we learned that they’re relatively new. Once people catch on to how good the food and the service are, I’m sure there will be a line out the door. I’m not sure if our server was the owner or not but he made us feel right at home the moment we stepped through the door. We ordered 2 bloody marys which were simple but delicious. After that we decided to try a beer flight. Their beer menu is fantastic and super interesting. One beer flight turned into two as we enjoyed our lunch (fennel salad, hot wings and the angus burger). All the food was outstanding! The wings were some of the best we’ve had, the burger was melt in your mouth good and the fennel salad was crisp and refreshing. I really can’t find a single negative thing to say about this place. If I lived in Brooklyn, I’d be a regular.“

“This truck hasn't failed me yet. Anytime I visit my mother in sunset park, I make sure to stop and pick up food too bring home. The birria consome is delish. The tacos are great quality, flavored, and full of meat. They don't skimp on the rations. Best part I can phone my order in and pickup so it reduces the wait time. Upon entering, you order from a kiosk and within minutes are served your food of choice! On this visit, I opted for the spicy cumin lamb noodles and they didn't disappoint. During your visit, you'll see a sign that mentions ordering the food "not spicy" would tremendously alter the flavor and I agree. I would recommend trying to bear the spice even if you aren't a big fan of spicy foods because they add a tremendous amount of flavor. The noodles were bouncy yet firm with each bite. The lamb was tender and coated with cumin to add additional flavor to the spicy soup. Overall, Xi'an Famous foods is a must try if you're looking for hand pulled noodles and can brave some spice. PSA: make sure to grab an abundance of napkins as the soup can splash and stain and become a nightmare if you're wearing a white shirt!“

Yesterday, I finally had an opportunity to swing by and try one since I was in the area! I chose the Half and Half burger, which consists of a bacon and beef blend, along with hatch chiles and a delightful house sauce. I was really pleased with the flavors, but at $15 it was a bit steep pricewise given the size and that it didn't come with any sides. I'll likely come back to try another burger in the future - there were a lot of great options!“
