I'm a huge fan of both the rooftop and ground floor restaurant (these are both at the box house hotel). The restaurant was closed for some time bc of covid but finally reopened. Will definitely need to go back to try their brunch!
I saw some bad reviews, so I was worried that it would be like a hotel bonus, but it was great with a very friendly bartender and delicious food. I had fish and chips, but I was surprised that it was not too greasy and easy to eat. In addition to tartar, vinegar sauce is also included, so you can eat it lightly and deliciously.

This is my go-to Thai spot in the neighborhood as the food here is INCREDIBLE! Arguably the tastiest $7 fried rice in Brooklyn. Perfect for dates, solo, or any time! Their lunch specials are great as well.
