this was soooo good omg, the chicken in the khao soi was the best cooked chicken I’ve ever had and literally fell off the bone. drinks are solid, papaya salad could be spicier but is also a big hit

Leaves of iceberg salad under every single plates forces you to eat it or having to separate it one by one and makes it not authentic! Also the papaya salad was pre-made and had a horrible after taste until next day!! You could sense how annoyed everyone working there was, not a happy environment.

Delicious food and lovely ambiance! Our favorites were the chicken satay, pad thai, and heavenly duck. The pad thai was smoky with chewy noodles. All the drinks (both alcoholic and not) that we tried were also excellent!

The only place outside Pai I've ever seen hung lau curry, and this place does a better job.My drink came out after my food - I think they'd forgotten about it - but the service was otherwise excellent. She came by to top up my water like 4 times.

Nice and spacious place with great food and service. Fun space in the back of the restaurant with picnic style tables and lanterns. The fresh shrimp spring rolls were plentiful and the sauce it comes with is great. Khao Soi was hearty and flavorful. And the mango sticky rice was a great way to end the meal. Food presentation was also very nice.Highly recommend.

In all food is perfect! Amazing food, everything tastes good. I’ve been there 10+ times all very good experiences, only literally only one time the waitress ( didn’t look familiar to me) was a bit rude, other than that the food and deco and hospitality are all amazing! ??

I made a point of visiting Chaingmai Diner because of the write-up in The NY Times and because I wanted to try the khao soi. The khao soi was delicious very close to, if not exactly like what I tasted when I traveled to Chaing Mai. My issue is with the restaurant’s attention to allergens.I made a reservation using Resy, and I listed my companion’s allergies in the reservation. Unfortunately, neither my companion nor I reiterated his allergies when we ordered, and he ordered a dish that contained peanuts that were not disclosed in the menu description. My companion’s allergy to peanuts is life-threatening.I really liked my meal. I just ask that your restaurant be more vigilant about allergens. Tonight a really dangerous situation was avoided. Another patron may not have the same luck.Dietary restrictions: In my case they were overlooked.

Delicious and authentic Northern Thai dishes! Great service and vibe where it is not too low key and not too uptight. The restaurant offers different style seating from table, booth, bar seating, to benches.Highly recommend Larb Kua Chiangmai and Sai Oua (Thai Northern style sausage) combination. Not hard to find street parking nearby.

Had a delicious meal last night at CD&B so I had to share. We started our meal with the wings, crab Rangoon & spicy sausage which were all good, however the roti massaman was the standout & I ended up dipping anything I could find in the massaman it was so tasty. I ordered the khao soi which was so flavorful and had the most tender chicken, I’d say this is a must order entree. My friends had the green curry and a crispy chicken dish which they both liked. We stuck to beers although there is a full drink menu, that I’d like to try upon my next visit. One thing to note is that they don’t course out the food, it just comes when it’s ready so our table was overflowing with dishes, which was slightly frustrating but when everything is so good, who would complain? CD&B is an overqualified neighborhood Thai restaurant & is totally worth the journey over to Bushwick for a meal, we really enjoyed ourselves!
