Look y'all, there's really no getting around this Sips can do almost everything your other favorite breakfast/coffee spot can do but better and at a lower price point. Many of the breakfast sandwiches are under $10 which today is kinda wild. At that price point there was no lack of portion or flavor, in fact I was still full on into the evening. The only and I mean ONLY critique I could find was merely an excess of cream cheese on the lox sandwich but tbh I never bring that up...read full review
I just moved into this area and searched high and low to find a staple cafe- this place is a gem and a whole vibe. Serving better cold brew, delicious breakfast sandwiches, hip decor, plenty of seating, friendly staff, right across the street from the park and always playing late 90s/early 2000s alt rock / pop .
