bruh. You guys gave me food poisoning cause the only thing I ate was chipotle and I was up at 7 am with some crazy stomach cramps. yep, it’s 7.49 am rn as I’m typing this! ? Witnessed an employee swiping the food from the counter back into the bowls of food. Why? Do those 3 crumbs of cheese come out of your paycheck? Why contaminate the whole thing of food? Anyways, contact chipotle customer support and hopefully you’ll get your money back. :)
I enjoy this chain’s food overall, but the service at this location keeps getting worse. Tonight, the manager refused to serve me in the restaurant and told me that if I wanted to get food, I would have to order online. So, rather than simply serving me while standing right there, they had me download an app, submit, an order, and then made my order. I really wanted to give 5 stars but I had very disappointed experience today. The 1st server who was a young female (I wish I got her name) gave me microaggression over my order.
