This is place is a stable in our neighborhood! The staff are friendly and patient. The pastries are amazing. They got rid of the bacon and cheddar scone so I am still sore about that! However their selection is amazing regardless!
This is an excellent pastry shop in Park Slope. I love the assorted minis and they are perfect for parties, events, or if you don't want an entire pastry to feel good about yourself for exhibiting self control. Another big reason to rave about this place is the customer service. I placed an order and paid for it but had a cancellation on a private airplane leaving the following day. Great coffee, yummy pastries, welcoming staff. I love Colson's! I do wish they had more savory pastries but the pastries they do have are excellent. And I do really miss the sandwiches they used to have; the cauliflower romesco one was on point.
