The typical pastries, Khaliat Alnahl and Sabaya, or even the coconut Basboassa are really all very tasty. Delicious !“

“Incredibly delicious coffee. The best cappuccino I've had in the neighborhood. Hamlet is a spacious and industrial-style neighborhood coffee spot. On a weekday, it's full of people on their laptops (which they may want to have better regulation for), but overall there's a lot of space and even more in the warmer months (outdoor backyard). Service is efficient and friendly. I will definitely be back for the coffee. It's hard to find espresso drinks that aren't burned! And Hamlet doesn't disappoint. Highly recommend!“

Really delicious - doesn't even need syrup flavors. The chocolate chip cookie is divine and tastes homemade! I'm so happy I stumbled upon this little hole in the wall. It's tiny inside but there are a few tables / stool seats by the window. It's a great spot to bring a book and people watch. They have a bunch of other pastries that look delicious as well and I'm excited to try them all! This spot is just steps from the L train at Grand St. Don't miss it! This looks over the Brooklyn bridge, it’s among tons of awesome heavy hitters restaurants such as Grimaldi, Juliana, Tsuta Ramen (Michelin ⭐️), Brooklyn Ice Cream factory, Shake Shack to name a few so after a good caffeine hit, u can fill up your gastronomy fulfillment. It’s a brief walk to the Brooklyn bridge park ergo Dumbo’s infamous alley lane that stalled traffic and essentially became an unofficial pedestrians lane. “I came here with a friend after roaming around the neighborhood while we waited for our table at Evelina. We walked in and immediately were drawn to the great selection of pantry items they had (sucker for colorful labels as well). I’m not a big cook so it kind of inspired me to want to try some recipes just to incorporate some of the items we saw. After looking around for a bit we walked out and decided we definitely wanted to come by another time to check out the sandwiches, well that some time turned into a few hours later when we got hungry again and wrangled our other friend to come to the shop with us.While looking at the menu the guy behind the counter was super nice and asked what we were in the mood for, while we looked over the wide selection of sandwiches he gave me a taste of the buttermilk fried chicken in the Korean sauce they had and WOW it was soooo tasty and juicy. I ended up getting the Korean fried chicken sandwich with coleslaw and pickled onions. My friends both got the friend whiting sandwich and they absolutely loved it.Call us creatures of habits but we ended up going back again the next day to try another sandwich because we were craving it so much! 1 whiting sandwich, 1 shrimp po boy and I got the chicken cutlet with Calabrian chili aioli and wow, someone needs to bottle that chili aioli and sell it!So happy to have such a nice neighborhood spot (just discovered it but I see they’ve been open since 2021) with such amazing customer service and great sandwiches. Can’t wait to go back and try more!“

The space is beautifully designed with natural light streaming through a large skylight, exposed brick walls, and comfortable seating that invites you to linger. The chicken was crispy (wish it was a tad spicier), the cauliflower sandwich is amazing and my favorite thing from here (as a meat eater), and the crispy potatoes are always just solidly good. The ambiance though was a little chaotic feeling. I felt really claustrophobic in there, as if everyone around me was just a bit too* close together. The table arrangement felt strange. I get wanting to maximize seating but one table was in such a weird tight corner, one by where everyone walked by to the bathroom, and one had a plant where someone would be seated by the window? Also there were several 4-seater tables that just had a single person at them just reading or on their phones with a coffee while groups were waiting. I get that it's seat yourself/first come but it felt really inconsiderate as parties of 3 would awkwardly cram into/sideways into a 2 seater table while that was happening. I wouldn't come back to dine in for sure. But the food is delicious so back to take out exclusively for me.“

“We stumbled across Leo when we wanted a chill Italian spot for dinner in Williamsburg. We came at an awkward time (~4:30pm) so we didn't see many people as we walked in. A couple hours in, the music was played a bit loudly so was a little hard to hear sometimes! Still, I would say this is a cute and cozy date spot. We got the clam pie, which is a special. Shared between two, we were satisfied, but would order one more dish in addition, since we were so hungry!“

“It's a beautiful day in Brooklyn NY and I have uncovered another amazing cafe in the beautiful diverse neighborhood of Sunset Park. Liebre Cafe sits cozy on an idyllic tree lined corner of the heart of the neighborhood, steps away from the iconic hilltop of sunset park. Edgy spanish music greets you in this warm, naturally bright space with several different types of seating. A small case of baked goods, some specialty menu items and a medium sized beverage menu calls out your name. Im always wary of ordering my go-to matcha latte when it appears on the "other drinks" menu. As an empanada lover the mushroom spinach empanada was calling out to me. Cashier who is also a barista was super nice and attentive. He warmed the empanada for me, and got me my matcha latte quickly. The matcha was a beautiful green color, the milk frothed nicely with just enough ice. I was very impressed by how well this drink was made. The empanada was also very delicious. It was a baked empanada but the shell was thin and not excessively doughy. The thick chimmichurri style dipping sauce on the side was herby and savory and so so delicious; kind of like a cross between pesto and chimmichurri. I highly recommend asking for this if you're eating an empanada here. Overall I found this establishment cozy and inviting and a great place to relax or get some work done. I will definitely be coming by here again!!“

“This cafe was new since we last visited the area, and it's such a great coffee and food stop! They have delicious specialty lattes, typical barista made coffee drinks, and great food (first time trying tempeh bacon and it was delicious!). We'll return often, this is my new go to coffee shop when we visit.“

“While not in a prime location, this little cozy coffee shop is very special. If you are nearby, just go. They are very intentional and detail-oriented for every order. Seasonal, Japanese inspired baked goods and drinks. Line can be long and service can be slow.“
