My sister and I had lunch here and it was amazing. The place is nice and cozy, the chef is super friendly and we got free samples of the soup of the day! The wraps are delicious and the pastries are to die for. I almost took the whole case of pastries home. Be sure to try the sweet potato bread!!Dietary restrictions: Vegan!!
A vegan Jamaican cafe in Greenpoint?!?!?Cuffie Ridge is a vegan cafe and juice bar serving Jamaican “inspired” offerings. I put “inspired” in quotes because the owner is irie fi sure and if you know, you know. (For the non Jamaicans reading this, this is 100% a Jamaican place.) Wow! Went on a rainy Tuesday early afternoon to the place, and the owner/server was so courteous. I ordered a couple of sandwiches and a pudding bread, and it was amazing. This was so worth the trip. Please pay this little establishment if you're vegan (and even if you're not). You won't be disappointed as the friendly service and quality of food you receive. I'll be back.
