The BEST lamb skewers ever !!! Perfectly made with the perfect balance of lamb and fat. So flavorful and juicy !! We make it on the specific charcoal grill but it’s just as good made on your bbq. OK in almost 15 years I've never been able to find real Arrosticini / Speducci in America! I've looked everywhere... I've tried to make it myself and came up short every time! Today I received my first order from D'Abruzzo NYC and it's 100% legit just like home! My wife said second best she's ever had in 40 years comparing it to farm fresh she's used to! Thanks D'Abruzzo!
