Completed a mobile order (just a few coffees) went in 15 minutes later and order wasnt ready..no big deal waited another 10 minutes and asked several times about my order, kept being told they were working on it. People came in to place their orders (food, lattes, etc) and were given their items before me. Literally the employees there are so rude and look like they don’t feel like working , this place really needs to hire new people. I came in with my boyfriend and it was my first getting baskin robins and I ask him questions and he just tells me to go check the ice cream fridge and then takes the next customer , I wait for about 12 minutes to be attended again and ask for a waffle bowl and he tells me I only have the choice between sugar cone or a small plastic bowl. This DD location was very untidy to say it was only approximately 11 a.m. We had to clean off our table. There was trash all over the floor. Chairs were all over the place. The employees seem not to be bothered by the mess in the dining area. My elderly mom couldn't use the bathroom due to it being out of order.
