Ordered online pickup and when I got home, I opened the bag to see this. Along with my glazed donut sticking to the outside of the paper. Asked for it toasted, and when I took a bite, it was chewy. As if they put it in the microwave and just let it sit out. No crunchiness whatsoever. Hurts my teeth to chew. I’ll finish it, but wish it was better…
When I go to this place, sometimes they have bad employees. There was this one girl that messed up the guys order 2 times and on the second time, she pushed her hands in the garbage and didn’t even wash her hands so I told her and she went to go wash them.There is this one employee that does so good every time it comes to someone’s order. I always ask for something and he does it quickly and correctly. There is another girl who does the same as the other good employee.

What is the point of having mobile order if they never make the order? I literally witnessed the man take care of the entire line and make no mobile orders. I was waiting more than 20 minutes and it would have never been made if I didn't speak up.
