This is the worst dunkin! Picked up my mobile order, they gave me the wrong donut and wrong sandwich. Also I was looking at the receipt to verify it was mine, and the employee snatched it out of my hand. They always forget part of my order or mess it up. Go to the location on 65th instead, it’s much better.
This has got to be the worst Dunkin' Donuts in Brooklyn. I've been coming here almost daily for years. The other day, I order (online) a frozen coffee. I arrive to pick up my drink only be told the frozen coffee machine is broken. Now it's always something here. The latte machine is broken, there's no croissant for the sandwich, etc. there is usually something wrong. So when I get there she says "the machine is broken, so you want an iced coffee instead?"
