This is the 3rd time I've gone in there and left with the completely wrong drink or bagel when there was absolutely no one in there, it was dead. No reason for them to mess up. I'm in a rush I don't have time for them to fix there mistakes just pay attention the first time and this place would be amazing. Dunkin/Baskin Robbins is survival food - good, strong light roast coffee, very sugary, empty calorie donuts, which to be fair are pretty much the standard for chains in this country anymore - I'm looking at you, Krispy Kreme! They have a variety of breakfast objects, and stuff that will fill your stomach, but not provide much real sustenance. The staff here work really hard and I always see them running around trying to deal with the long line. Yes, it gets busy in the morning, but that's because the place is understaffed which is not their fault. From what I've observed, the people who actually take and fill the orders are trying their best. I'm impressed with how patient they are even when customers are rude to them.
